Mammogram

Can not stress this one enough, yes, we all hate to see our delicate breast being squashed into a pancake. However, ladies, this is not negotiable. Book your    exam early and do so every year. Early detection saves lives.!

Cholesterol

If you never had cholesterol problems and your last exams numbers were like of a high school kid, your yearly physical should keep you in check.

OBGYN

As much as seeing OBGYN is not a pleasant experience, yearly pelvic exams and Pap smear check for cervical cancer and other disorders is a must.

DENTIST

You should probably consult your dentist to see if twice a year cleaning is good enough for your gums. Sometimes as we get older we need to either floss more or get more frequent visits for cleaning our teeth and gums.

EYES

If you were blessed to have 20/20 vision all your life, you will notice some changes with your eyes after 40 +. Visit your eye doctor for a regular check up, and every two years after you turn 45 start your testing for glaucoma, and if you are 45 you should be screened for diabetes, if you have a family history you might want to consider doing so even earlier.

ALERT

Have you heard? You should have a tetanus-diphtheria booster every 10 years.
