| EYESIf you were blessed to have 20/20 vision all your life, you will notice some changes with your eyes after 40 +. Visit your eye doctor for a regular check up, and every two years after you turn 45 start your testing for glaucoma, and if you are 45 you should be screened for diabetes, if you have a family history you might want to consider doing so even earlier. |
