Baked Salmon

Ingredients

1 large fillet of Salmon or Chilean Sea Bass
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Pesto Sauce (if available)
1 whole Lemon
1 tsp Olive Oil

Directions

Marinade using all of the above ingredients

Place Salmon to a pre-heated oven at 450 broil for 15 minutes
turn off the oven after 15 minutes let stand for 10 more

Serve over cus cus

Follow exactly the same recipe for Chilean Sea Bass
