From the Collection of Petite Treats
Make 10 Servings
Preparation time is 10 minutes
Heat oven to 350 F
In a bowl of food processor,
BLEND
1 ripe banana (sliced)
1 cup buttermilk 45 sec
In a bowl of electric mixer
BEAT
Banana mixture
1 box (18.25 oz) of Devil’s Food Cake Mix
3 Large Eggs
1/5 cup corn oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 min
ADD
1 cup of chopped walnuts
½ cup of mini chocolate morsels
Divide batter among 10 greased mini Bundt pans.
Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool on rack
Microwave 1 can of (16oz) chocolate frosting
(don’t forget to remove lid and foil)
30 sec. or unit pourable
Drizzle over cakes.
Garnish with walnuts if desired.
This wonderful concoction should not take more then 40 minutes to make.
