Eat Less and Feel Full

Dieting is a multi billion-dollar industry in the U.S.  Every one is trying to capitalize their profits by printing new diet books, coming up with new fad diets, supplements and other gimmicks to lure you into the sale.

There is one guaranteed way to loose weight and that is SOUP.

There are plenty of healthy recipes, which are high in fiber and very low in fat.  Most broth soups are packed with nutrients that come from various types of vegetables.  Eating lots of vegetables with broth is not only filling, but has a long lasting effect, making you more full for a longer period of time. Because of soups  high temperature, it is eaten slower than any other food.  We all know that eating slower fills us up faster, thus causing us to eat less and loose more.

If planned ahead, soups  are easy to make and can be frozen in portions for later use. You can also buy soups in the supermarket.  However, opt for an individual size that has all of the ingredients and nutrients displayed on the can, so you know exactly what you are putting in your body.

Forgo vending machine lunches and opt for a new slimmer, healthier and more radiant you!

      Do you have the 2-by-4 recipe? IT IS WW

      2 lbs. ground turkey
      2 cans (black label) chili beans-I get the ones with jalapenos in the bottom!
      2 cans rotel (you can pick mild or hot)
      2 cans progresso low sodium minestrone soup

      You cook the turkey, dump the rest in, heat and eat. I eat with low sodium crakers (5=1pt)

      1.5 cups = 4 points. It is so wonderful. Has become a staple in my house.
