This neat list is designed to help men realize what women are thinking, feeling and needing. Read carefully, maybe several times through to get the full effect.
.Sincerity matters a lot. We can tell when you call, or buy us gifts if you're doing so out of a real desire to show affection and love, or because you feel like you have to.
.Small displays of affection > gross displays. Subtlety is key; don't advertise your feelings or desires through PDA.
.We pay attention to how you treat your mother. We may not love her ourselves, but your treatment of her matters to us.
.If you feel guilty and know what you're doing is wrong, we'll probably count it as cheating.
.Similarly, if we ask you a question and seemingly already know the answer, it's not a loaded question meant to corner you into a confession, it's an opportunity presented to you to clarify or come clean.
.We don't automatically know you love us simply because you do. Telling us (frequently) is important.
.Playfulness is sexy. Dark and brooding is intriguing but without a sense of fun, it gets old real fast.
.Foreplay. Foreplay. Foreplay. Read, repeat.
.If you like our cute surprises you need to say so.
.Or, in general, when we go out of our way to do something for you, acknowledge the effort and show some gratitude.
.Blaming our period for a bad mood is a surefire way to make the situation worse.
.Also a surefire way to rock the boat: compare us to our mothers. No matter how much respect and love we have for them, we're different and sometimes that's what counts most.
.You will be judged for spending more time on your appearance than we do. Fair warning.
.Surprises and fun dates will win you huge points. Well worth the effort.
.Women like to talk. If we're telling you about a problem or dilemma, we're not always looking for answers, sometimes just a sympathetic listener.
.Your porn stash is not to be shared. Thanks anyway.
.Misogynistic jokes are never funny. Make us the damn sandwich for once.
.How to turn us on: work out, fix things, cook, play with the kids, give us a sensual massage and look at us with passion. Confidence and capability define sex appeal.
.How to turn us off: belching, being a slob, ignoring chores and dissing our friends, and especially telling us what to do.
.Speaking of our friends, we don't expect you to love them like we do, but it's important to us that we all get a long.
