How to Get Those Sexy Legs You Always Wanted

Getting your legs into shape can be a long and grueling experience. All of my girlfriends want to have those perfect fine toned legs that just go on and on forever and for a fact guys seem to love nice legs too. Of course you could go to the gym and use all of the machines that they have for you to use and work out your leg muscles but there has to be a simpler way to get your legs into shape. Well I know of three simple exercises that you can use to help you reach your goal of nice legs which are squats, jogging, and jumping rope.

Squats are a great simple exercise that is going to get those legs into shape. You don’t always have to do squats with massive amounts of weight in the smith machines. At your house you can lean against a door and place your feet shoulder width apart. After you have done that you want to squat down repeatedly until you can feel the burn in your legs once you feel that burn you can push through it until you can’t push anymore. Make sure that while you are squatting you make sure that you keep your back straight on the wall this will help you get the best effect out of the workout.

Another simple exercise that you can use to help you reach your goal of nice legs is jogging by making sure that you go jogging at least three times a week you will be able to help make your legs look perfect. You should make sure that before you go jogging that you always start by stretching your muscles because you don’t want to get a mean ramp when you‘re halfway through your run. Also you probably want to bring with you some water bottles that way you can stay hydrated and keep your body nice and cool.

The last simple exercise that you can use to help your reach your goal of having nice legs is jumping rope because jumping rope will really workout your calves and quads. The great thing about jumping rope is that it is simple and fun and not to tough on your body. Jumping rope will help you get your stamina up and your endurance.

So those are the simple exercises that you can do to get you to having nice legs that every man and woman will be jealous of.

    • I think there are three ways to beautiful legs. Pilates, Yoga and dance. Yoga and pilates both stretch the muscles to give long lean legs. Which is what we all want. I suggest Pilates For Every Body by Denise Austin for Pilates. I looked fabulous when doing it regularly and am back to it!
      Have you ever seen a dancer with ugly legs? Why not? Because they use their natural body weight and natural movements to moving every muscle which makes long ,lean legs. I would stay away from weights which make bulk, which over time do not maintain well. DANCE! Ballroom is a great form of stress relief and exercise. Just thought I would share.

    • I used to love dancing i wish I could go back to it but due to bad knees and no cartilege its not possible for me i was a great ball room dancer and miss it so much. But I have noticed since wearing the SKETCHER'S Shape-Ups i have noticed a big difference in my leg tone as well as my buttocks they really do work.
