My Bladder! I am so lazy to get up in the middle of the night-so I lay, & I lay, until I cant handle it anymore!
I guess I can thank myself for drinking glass after glass of water when taking all of my vitamins right before bed.
I’m not really sure. Maybe perimenopause/menopause. I have read that as we get older we naturally produce less melotonin causing us to have poor sleep. Even though I am tired, it takes me longer to fall asleep and I ususally wake during the night.
What keeps me up at night...very interesting question...for starters my boyfriends snoring...bless him...and then of course there is the worrying about bills etc...you know all the normal stuff....then...kids...both of them....then of course the damn cat....who insists on sleeping across my feet...(we have had an airborne cat before!) But..what I can say...is after working 10 hour days and working on building my business at night...I can sleep right when my head hits the pillow...(so long as there is no one snoring, no kid problems, no cats attacking my toes as the wiggle...oh and so long as the bills are paid!)
What keeps me up at night, Well, pure bliss I guess. A queen size bed with crisply ironed sheets. A bowl of fresh lavender on the nightstand. A stack of inspirational books next to the bed. The best part, no man ! No burping farting or snoring at my house. I can stretch out, toss and turn and still have nicely folded sheets in the morning. Sounds to good to be true. It is , being single SUCKS !
