When I first met my current husband, I won’t deny that his physique had me, well, lets say ‘interested.’ And if it hadn’t been for that initial attraction, maybe I would have never ended up finding out what a great guy he is.
However, after getting married, with the baby and work and all, the gym became less of a priority for him to the point of extinction. He’s still in shape, and of course I love him, so I didn’t even notice.
But in the past couple of months, he started sneaking off to the gym again. And I didn’t even realize until last week when I noticed the ripples in his abs and the veins in his biceps coming back. It was in the morning while we were getting dressed for work that I first took notice to this and let me tell you that I got excited. And I’m sure that me tackling him right there and then brought back fond memories of his football days right in time for the Super Bowl.
Nothing is better than a man in shape! And its great that he is always trying to look good. I think its very important to keep that attraction there, by taking care of your body.
You‘re so right, muscles are exciting in so many ways and especially when they‘re in all the right places!
Finally, after three marriages, I am truly happy. I am finally in motherhood, and my new husband is wonderful and very understanding.
