A good friend has written her first cookbook called “Back to the table with my Country Kitchen”(C) and she also has a great free Newsletter. The Newsletter gives you recipes, tips and healthy, low carb lunch suggestions and much more.

I have promised to help her get to 1,000 subscribers by the end of this year. That is not too much to ask, is it ???

*Would you like to get this Newsletter *in your mailbox once a month? I promise you will not get any junk or other unwanted mail. This not an affiliate program or a large company. Just one Newsletter a month.

I am sure you will like the information in the Newsletter ;-)
Go to http://www.mycountrykitchen.com/ and help us get the number closer to 1,000 ;-)

Thank you,
Yvonne Bisk

    About this author

My name is Yvonne and I live in Levittown, Long Island, NY with my husband Howard (Howie). I am originally from Holland (The Netherlands). When I was 35 years old I packed 2 suitcases, sold everything that did not fit in and went to the Dominican Republic. With no place to live, no work and hardly any money I arrived. But I made it work!! I stayed there for almost 8 years.

I came to the States in January 2004 to become a live-in nanny for a friend I met in the Dominican Republic where I was managing a scuba diving center in Sosua. I did a lot of different things while I was living in the DR, like selling time share, working in a bead factory as a secretary and office manager, managing a small hotel and managing a company that sold all kind of items through ads on TV (you know them, the exercise machines, the kitchen machine, the weight loss supplements, etc). My time in the DR was very interesting and definitely a learning experience.

In my first year here I met my husband through a dating website… yes ladies… it does work. You just have to find the right one! We have been happily married since October 16, 2005. Marriage made me the lucky step mom to 2 wonderful teenagers (Ari – 20 and Gilya – almost 18). They live with their mom, but we see them at least once a week.

I have always been a follower of the Law of Attraction, although until about a year ago I had no idea that my “always half full cup” was actually according to the Law of Attraction. When I met Kim Emerson I understood that I actually had been attracting Abundance my whole life ;-) I am very honored to be part of a brandnew venture called The University of Prosperity!!.

My weekdays start early, because our tenants have an eight years old, very cute, little boy (Jonathan). His school bus picks him up around 9:00 AM. Since his parents work in NYC they have to leave for work around 7:00 AM. Jonathan stays with me till I take him to the bus.

What do I do business wise? I do a lot every day. My hubby often asks me where I do get the energy from… maybe it is because I like what I do ;-) Last year I started my first home business.

I keep myself busy. Apart from that I work part-time in a child care center. Or help out a friend who has 6 children with taking kids to dance class or soccer practice. I was never lucky enough to become a mom, but I like to surround myself with children… keeps me young! And it seems children also like to be around me. Their moms call me their private “Mary Poppins“.
