They say, "the camera never lies" that is why so many woman are camera shy and hate having their picture taken.

There are tricks that all the top models and celebrities know and use to look fabulous in photos.

Next time you plan to have a photo taken, use these tips.

  1. Never let your hips face the camera. Pose sideways and turn your shoulders and your head toward the camera. Stand and shift your weight onto your back foot. You'll look 10 lbs. thinner.
  2. Hold your head high and jut it forward slightly to eliminate a double chin.
  3. Straighten your spine . Make believe there's a string at the top of your head and that it's pulling you up.
  4. Smile like you mean it not like someone put a gun to your head and forced you to do it. Loose the big grin as that will give you squinty eyes.
  5. Think about something (or someone) you love and your smile will look natural not fake.
  6. Never say "CHEESE"- say "THURSDAY"- that word will align all the right muscles in your face.
