My first blog on Fabulously 40! I like to think of myself as fabulously 40-ish since I’ve left the 40 mark behind just three years ago! Of course in my head I’m still 25!
Another year, another birthday, another moment to give thanks for being healthy and alive!
I don’t have any fabulously out there plans, although if I could, I would! I also enjoy quiet times and that will be what I do this evening when the family is together, dinner, birthday cake…and me looking after my potted plants! Gee I sound so old!
But included in that will be going walking with a friend, biking with hubby and my seven year old and just having a blast, and yes, a glass of wine is in order!
I like having a birthday on Earth Day. It’s great to see that so many people care about our world and what’s going on in and around it. It’s about time!

Married, working mom of three children - 18 year old girl, 13 year old boy, 6 year old girl. My husband and I have been together for a long time...we met when I was 18, got involved at 19.
