Great post, Marta. And I love your site. Very wise advice. I’ve been taking Flax Seed Oil instead of fish oil because of being a vegetarian. Also, as you suggested, I gave up alcohol because it’s SO drying. I hope coffee is not a culprit!

As for coffee being the culprit, I’d have to say it’s not. I like coffee but I limit myself to 1 cup a day which is why I named my website in this way:)
