Today is Wednesday and a winter storm pass thru and dunped 3-5 inches of snow in my area.  So I have been inside all day.  Watching TV, reading, surfing the net and just relaxing.  The temps dropped and the wind chill was below zero, so I stayed indoors wrapped in a cozy blanket, drinking hot vanilla cream and enjoying the warmth.  Now I am watching American Idol and seeing who is going to make it to the top 24.  While I love this competition, I almost wish they had one for older Americans.  Someone 16 or 17 years old just cannot appreciate what hard work it really takes to go the distance.  You need some life experience to appreciate what a great opportunity this competition really is.  Oh well, life goes on.  For those of you in the cold weather regions, stay warm and for everyone else, keep your chin up, spring is just around the corner!
