The holidays are coming. Take it easy…
Breathe deeply through your nose…let it out slowly…
Now, remember wonderful life experiences are to be had if you DON’T strive for perfection. Loosen up and have fun.
My kids and I are planning a Halloween party. We take time to enjoy the decorating, comparing favorite decorations that have been packed away for a year, planning SIMPLE, but fun treats, spooky music… Even if you aren’t planning a party, light some candles, turn off the lights and DANCE to “Monster Mash” and
“Ghostbusters” with your kids or by yourself... you’ll be glad you did!
It’s all about living IN THE MOMENT, and the memories you will make.
