Happy Valentines Day!heart
.*Heart-pumping cardio.* Running and other cardio workouts increase your levels of beta-endorphins (think runner's high.) As your heart begins to race and you experience that feeling of overwhelming freedom, you might also feel a burst of sexual desire – odds are - your partner is too. Next time your libido needs a pick me up, head out the front door for a jog or bike ride together, and get those beta-endorphins flowing
.*Hit the weights* . Healthy habits, like strength training, adequate consumption of protein and plenty of sleep, can give a boost to your growth hormone. Raising levels of growth hormone stimulates an increase in testosterone – and more testosterone means more quality time between the sheets.
.*Location, location, location* . Make your connection irresistible with a surge of adrenaline. Adrenaline promotes feelings of love and bonding, while throwing arousal into overdrive for a more explosive orgasm. All you have to do is find new locations for love-making, like atop the warm, vibrating clothes dryer....
.*Take the ordinary to extraordinary* . Adding novelty to your sex life, like experimenting with new positions can fuel the release of neurotransmitters, dopamine and PEA (phenylethylamine) – taking your arousal to a whole other level.
