My 43rd birthday was Tuesday and I started the week with injections in my back, for a bulging disk and a fracture of my foramen better, It didn’t work. It seems I turned 40 and my body gave up on me, I don’t eat meat try to eat as little junk food as possible, my only vise is diet soda. I have tried all kinds of natural remdies, from driking aloe vera juice to apple cider viniger to extra doses of glucosamean, I have asl done none and aci berry. Any one got any ideas, Im tired of waddling around!!!

    • Give up the diet soda. That sugar substitute might be the reason behind a lot of your ailments. Google that sugar substitute and I’m sure there will be articles on the perils and pitfalls. If you must drink soda, drink less of the regular soda and allow yourself only one or two cans a week. I used to drink quite a bit of regular soda, now I drink seltzer. I have gotten hooked on green tea, and prefer that to soda now.

    • Dump the soda, detox regularly and clean the colon. A gentle way to clean the colon is with aloe vera and orange/ripe banana/papaya (either of these). Exercise, lots of water, rest and meditate, lots of fruits and vegetables and never forget the vitamins. The Omega 36&9 is very good. The 3 is for circulation and the 6 & 9 is for pain and the nerves. The goal is to get stress out of our lives. It is easy to say and very  difficult to do. But we have to try.

    • Really only omega 3 is good for people, especially if you have anti-inflammatory issues. omega 6 is not so good.

      Vit D is a gr8 choice as well as well as CO Q-10.  

      Do you get enough proteins in your diet? Meat is not bad for you as long as it is free range red meat.

      I know, for me, all of this IS true as I have tested it and studied it for my MS. I have noticed differences.

      As for the diet soda, try and lessen it. Any sugar sub is bad for you. to get them white they bleach it. Regular soda is actually healthier if you must have it.

      Preservatives bad, organic good. lol

      I’m a water girl, took a while to get used to it, but now water is my fav.  

      Good luck in whatever you choose.
