Ahhh... great that the quote is so uplifting as I will (although my 50th birthday was officially this past Monday) actually have a celebration for my birthday.    

It has been years (maybe more than 30 years since I have actually taken time to celebrate my birthday) among friends I have met and know throughout the years.  Since it’ll be my 50th this year, I feel like that deserves a celebration of the times.

Tonight, I’ll be celebrating it at a local key destination with folks I work with, some that I have graduate with 30 yrs ago from high school, and some family, as well as friends that I know from many other activities that I do.  

I’m looking forward to it and a bit nervous.  lol...  

Wish me luck in things going without a hitch; and, if there are any hitches, please make it something memorable that we can later laugh about. :D
