I’m feeling a bit better today. Yesterday I talked to my Aunt and she told me that neither she or my grandmother took anything while they were going through the change and they came out ok. Besides she said “wasn’t that what wine and chocolate were invented for?“.

I did order the book and it should be here in a couple of weeks. In the meantime I went and bought some more Evening Primrose Oil (Mood Swings), St. John’s Wort (Depression), Milk Thistle Complex (Liver Function), Calcium, Magnesium & Zinc (Concentration), Blue Green Algae (Just Cause it sounded super healthy) and some Remifemin (to hopefully help me sleep a little better). And a bottle of Pinot Noir and Malbec. I, of course, keep chocolate on hand estatic for emergencies.

We’ll see how things go. I do need to work in some sort of regular exercise too. Haven’t quite figured out what yet. I do need to lose about 50 lbs but I would be happy with 30. I don’t think the wine and chocolate will help with that but I’ll have to figure out how to work them in.

I’ll keep you posted on my progress.
