Hello Fab40 Ladies!
this is a blog I wrote earlier this year on MySpace.
I decided to post this here as an introduction to how I blog and what my feelings are about blogging. So without further adieu here is
A bloggers thoughts.

My heart is an open book all you need do is go to the first page. Phrase coined by Wendy Williams, that is what I hear anyway whoever that is.

If you fear everything you will go nowhere. If you use fear as a catalyst to pick up your feet you will fly. Another phrase coined by W. W I think.

I have recently been told that I am too open for this blogging world of MySpace.
I was warned about the dangers of what people can do to an open creature as I am.

My response to this is.

While I know that there are strange people out there on the web.
Come on I am originally from New York City!

  • I know about strange people!*

I have also chatted with some truly interesting people that I would never have been able to had I not been open for it.

However it is true I am inviting some odd and maybe even negative responses to my blogs when I put my heart out there, but I am also inviting great support and I am offering it to others.

For those of you who have read most of my blogs you know what I write and you can see it is real. Your comments if they are not real well you have me fooled because they are some of the best comments I have ever gotten from anyone and that includes people I have actually met in person.

These comments tell me that I am not alone in my frustration to write and one day call myself a writer even though word perfect does not seem to agree with me at the moment..

These comments tell me I am not alone in my warped sense of humor and not as weird as others would have me believe judging by their raised eyebrows. Mostly my fathers left eyebrow.

Do I live my life by what my blogging community thinks?
No and not even by what my family and none virtual friends think. However when I see how much time along with heart that goes into their blogs and some of them are people wanting to be published writers then yes I do in fact care of how they feel.
Some of these blogs are truly about nothing. No really they are indeed about nothing but it's the need we share to reach out and Write to the world that I respect.

It is the hunger to share their written word with all of us that keeps them going day in and day out despite the every day busy events of their lives. This is what I admire and look forward to everyday.

So am I foolish to put my heart out there as was suggested to me?

My answer to that is an unequivocal No because it means I have joined this band of blogging marauders and I count myself lucky that they count me in as well.
