Today was almost unbelievable!  I actually had energy and low pain.  I suffer from Fibromyalgia and I haven’t felt this good for......well, for a long, long time.  I slept pretty decent last night...probably got around 5 hours which is great for me.  I decided to go to Yoga and the instructor just seemed to do everything that my body and spirit needed.  I felt renewed...restored.  I got the greatest sense of well being during class and for a long time after.
After class I decided to take my little boy (my dog Samson) for a walk along the river.  Fall is definitely in the air.  The leaves are changing and some are already falling and carpeting the ground.  It was a little warmer than I/we expected.  Samson (11 1/2 years old) was having a really hard time so we turned back to head for the car.  The bike path is not far from an apple orchard so I decided to stop by and pick up some fresh from the orchard apples.  Samson was excited because he got to see some Llamas and donkeys.  I picked up a bag of golden delicious apples.  They are awesome!  I think that I may have bought too many...so I may have to make some apple cake, apple pie or perhaps some apple crisp.  I’m not that good at making crust unless I use the Pillsbury Ready Crust recipe.....  Anyway, since I had the energy I decided to go ahead and go to church tonight instead of tomorrow.  It was a wonderful service.  The pain started screaming at me during the service and I could feel my muscles tightening up.  I did some breathing and tried to relax.  I’m hurting more right now than I have all day.  But all in all it has been an awesome day!  I thank God for the blessing of this day.
