    • Thank you ladies.

      Coachmombabe~

Our home was built in 1918. It has all original chestnut woodwork that thankfully was never painted. We have built in  glass front cabinets and columns. I love it. We have lived here for almost 18 years . We totally re-done  most of it and always left the woodwork in tact. It will be like this for the next owner, hopefully many years from now!

And yes, the Irish Santas are fantastical. I love whimsical touches like that!

    • Loving the decorations!!!!  I love all the garland and lights on the staircases.  I live on a one story house now...so I can’t decorate the staircase anymorefrownfrown. I’ll just have to enjoys yours.  Marie..I love the wood and lead glass in you home.  That is so beautiful and unique.  GEL...It must take hours to get your decorations up. Everything looks so beautiful!  The older I get, the less motivated to do as much.  I did get my 2 trees up.  I went to put the lighted garland up around the front doors...and half the lights were out, so needless to say...I quit and put up 2 wreaths on the doors...I took the easy way out! I hope Santa still comes!
