Oh my gosh - I’m feeling like a total wreck at the moment... Still trying to discern what to do about B... still waiting to hear on the job... can’t concentrate on ANYTHING... but am drivng myself crazy doing nothing... I don’t like this state-of-mind....
Would you like to come and help me?
I think my doggie any time laboring puppies
that may keep your mind off
and yet be a big help to me.
You are funny Chinadoll... I have my hands full with my own puppy - who has been a bit naughty today... But thanks for the offer....
AnneMarie,
I’ll steal Darla’s favorite saying. “Let Go, and Let God“.
Hang in there dear! God has a plan:
Jeremiah 29:11
11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
I have a feeling my hubby is in about the same shape. He has made himself physically sick with worry over his new job and the move/separation. I am hoping that getting started today will distract him.
Be careful if you go shopping. I tend to do some heavy duty impulse shopping when I am distraught. :)
Hugs!
AnnMarie,
DeeDee is right, that is my favorite saying. It is also my favorite scripture. I love DeeDee. She is an awesome person.
We have all been where you are. It could be about the job or the love we have or the love we had. All of us have been there. There were days, weeks, months and a couple of years where I wondered if things were ever going to get on track. You are going to make it!!!!
You are going to get the job that the Lord has given you. He has a plan. You are also going to find someone that loves you . Some one that deserves your love. I know your heart is breaking. It will heal. The thing is when you go through these trials it really makes you appreciate the right person when they come along.
The Lord is teaching a lesson right now. It is all for the good even though it does not seem like it now. I know you want to scream and say WHAT, WHAT IS THE LESSON JUST TELL ME, I WILL GET IT. It does not work that way to often. I assure you from someone that has been through hell and back, and I do mean HELL... God’s timing is perfect.
For me, I had to work on myself before I met Don. I had to develop self confidence because mine was stripped. I joke on here alot and say confidence is the new sexy. BUT, it is true. I have met so many people that were not that physically attractive but their confidence and their inner beauty made them simply gorgeous. Allow the Lord to give you a confidence that nobody can take away.
I read alot of books, prayed, stayed busy. I was always busy to keep my mind occupied. Ask our Lord to help you one day at a time. He will give you the wisdom that you seek .
We are all here. This is a gift from God, just finding these fabulous women to talk to and help you during a difficult time.
We are cheering for you. I cannot wait until I hear you say I am there. Then it will be your turn to pass it forward and help another womens heart that is broken.
You are a sweetheart. I want you to look in the mirror and see the woman that all of us see and hear.
Much love is sent your way.
yes, i agree with Darla and Dee Dee.. mztracy said to breath! i agree.. breath slowly, breath deep, and pray! God has many plans for you my friend!

Linni
Reading books are great! Go shopping for some books! :)
Darla, you are the awesome person! Thanks for the compliment. You are my inspiration. :)
We are here for you! I wish I was already out there. I’d come scoop you up and plant you right in the middle of my chaos. You’d not have time to think about it. LOL
hope things are going better. btw, the go shopping was meant to make you giggle! lol
I think shopping is a great therapy. Like other said we may have a tendency to buy impulsively. So I go to 99c, $1 or thrift stores during those kind of moment. Also make sure you save your receipts.
You ladies are all so wonderful... I still haven’t left the house - but have been on the phone most of the day with a friend from the UK... it’s been good... But I’ve found I really don’t have to leave the house to do Retail Therapy - eBay and Amazon are the bestest! LOL!!
amk...Hang in there girlie..I’ve had some dark days, but I knew that..‘This Too Shall Pass‘...and it is passing..lol
Soak in a hot tub of bubbles by candle light. Pamper yourself. Fix your hair really nice, paint your toenails, give yourself a facial. It won’t fix anything, but it will help you to relax and feel a little bit better.
Stay as positive as you can. You truly have to believe, to receive. I believe that things will start looking up for you very soon. Hang in there.

I’m trying to hold on... and to be still... and I’m really failing at it right now... It’s 4pm now and I still haven’t heard anything... this is discouraging to me.... I only hope that at some point I’ll be able to blog about good changes in my life....
Thanks again, Ladies, for all your comments and support....
Hang in there Anne Marie! I know things will turn around for you soon. Patience is not really a part of my nature, so I can’t tell you to be patient. However, the idea of a pampering yourself so you relax....DEFINITELY worth a try!!!
