Sunday.  Day one of the week.  Day of rest.  Superbowl Sunday.

We are about to head off for church, myself and my three kids.  My husband is attending the National Biodiesel Conference Summit.  I am the lucky one today.  This will be a nice morning, kids in Sunday school and a peaceful moment for me.  That is the “rest” part.

I must confess that we have been so busy I don’t even know who is playing in the Superbowl.  It’s like I am on Mars or something.  It looks like a crisp sunny day, so I would like to get outside with the kids and poor dog today.  She needs a run.  My son does as well, he doesn’t do well without regular bursts of exercise.  I learned the hard way that the energy erupts in the house or out, it’s up to me.  Out is best.

The week will be filled with the launch of the company and foundation.  Years ago I found myself at the "Physnic", the University of Texas department of physics annual picnic.  The Physnic became my metric for strange places I find myself in.  (I am terrible at math and never took any physics, this is why it was a strange place for me to be... I wasn't talented at math but the guy  at that time of my life was).  Anyhow, my next Physnic is Monday and Tuesday: the National Biodiesel Conference.  I will be there to represent my foundation.  While I care about the environment generally my husband is the energy guy.  He found the hook though when we discovered that clean energy could also fund projects for kids here and internationally.  So, wish me luck.  I'm hoping not to look like I know nothing about biodiesel... maybe it could just be our secret...

I will report back on the going-ons there.  If anyone from the Fabulously40 group happens to be there please come say Hi at the Sirona booth.
