A VERY POWERFUL STORY and the power of much needed Nutrition that is sooo lacking in our foods nowadays.

wow what a story...very inspirational...so is this stuff ok for someone who is diabetic...not on insulin or taking any pills?
I wouldn’t either...but I would like to get down to a reasonable weight that will either get rid of this diabetes or help control it...and I want to be able to get into some sexy clothes instead of my stretchy joggers and humongous tee shirts...lol
