Today while driving east on Constitution bearing towards Powers, I was thinking about how lucky we are here in Colorado Springs to still have some open spaces to enjoy the views and the mountains.  I was up much of last night thinking I would be seeing Dr. Duffy's, which is the partnership; Colorado Springs Orthopedic Group.  I have a serious case of Arthritis, as so many ex-athletes do these days, as well as, us seniors.  Both my knees are really giving me a hard time, walking about and around these days are troublesome, along with my spine and hips.
