    • I think I still have trouble with anything that says “diet”

Seems women our age have been the guinea pigs for the growing and profiting diet industry. And so many of us still battle the extra weight we carry.

If the berry can be used as a supplement that will benefit our health, I’d be ok with using it. But if it’s a diet that has a beginning and an end with us having to then find a way to Maintain the weight loss, I’m leary of it.

I’ve reached a point of only wanting to do things that will enhance my health for the long haul and making changes that I don’t have to stop as I continue to age.

      Hope this helps!

    • I have seen the acai pills advertised.  I have never tried them, but I hear they give you lots of energy.  I also drink Monavie everyday...not for weight loss, but for health benefits.  Antioxidants, heart health, antiinflammatory properties, energy.  I have never felt better.
