Welcome to a new, exclusive 7-part Spa Week Daily blog series by guest columnist Jackie Silver, who [Link Removed] Not in a Benjamin Button kind of way, but Jackie has mastered the art of looking half her age, so much that she's built a successful business out of helping others do the same. This is Jackie, at age 25 and now at 50 – I've met her and it's not just lighting and camera angles... the girl looks GOOD. Her first secret? Work it out.

Everybody wants to keep up with the Zeta-Joneses and stay young and beautiful. Imagine if you could look 10, 15 or even 20 years younger with no injections and no surgery and it took just a few minutes a day. You'd probably fight your way to the front of the line, right? It is possible with facial exercise. Exercise is the fountain of youth – and that includes your face. When people hear the words "anti-aging," they tend to think of face creams or injections or lasers or even plastic surgery. But there is a myriad of other aspects of "Aging Backwards" and exercise is one of the most important ones.

Cynthia Rowland's Facial Magic facial exercise program has been one of my best finds. I do these exercises personally and have completely eliminated the need for any injections, surgeries or other invasive treatments. Believe me, I know about invasive treatments. Years ago, I had to "beg" my doctor friends to "shoot me up" with all manner of injectibles so I could look good on television.

I also bravely underwent plastic surgery about 15 years ago when I had a neck lift to improve the sagging skin from a lifetime of yo-yo dieting. Now that I've been using the Facial Magic program for almost two years, I have eliminated all injections, not to mention, other drastic measures. Once you know the exercises, you have the secret to keeping your face and neck young for as long as you want.

"As we age, our facial muscles atrophy and gravity makes them sag, pulling the skin down with them, resulting in the classic signs of aging: hooded eyes, sagging jowls, double chins, turkey neck and forehead lines," explains Cynthia Rowland, facial fitness expert and creator of Facial Magic.

"The Facial Magic system rejuvenates the underlying muscles with specific and targeted exercises so your face looks fresh and lifted with tight, youthful contours and better looking skin. These exercises can provide better results than a surgical face lift because it leaves the person looking like themselves, only younger," adds Rowland.

So, next time you head off to the gym to exercise your body, keep in mind that your face and neck have 55 little muscles that also need exercise. That's too many to just ignore.
