In the last couple of weeks I have been trying a new line of products called Smart Balance. There are no hydrogenated oil or trans fatty acids and no refined sugar. Plus they have Omega-3 from flax see oil. I have tried the Peanut butter and the butter. The peanut butter is to die for and the butter is real butter and olive oil.
In my quest to lose weight and get healthier I have discovered that personally for me I would rather eat something with a few more calories (as long as there not empty calories)that doesn’t have all the processed chemicals in it. And believe it or not I have been able to lose 29 lbs this way. Don’t get me wrong, I do watch what I eat and I exercise quite a bit but I eating this way I can feel good knowing that the food I put in my body is healthy.
