Wow! That’s all I can say...

I just finished two books that, together, form the closest thing to an instruction manual on how to parent your child that I’ve ever seen, so I just had to share them with you!

The first book is called [Link Removed]
(it’s on sale at amazon right now, by the way, 60% off).
This book talks about the different types in the Myers-Briggs system, and what they say about your mothering style and your strengths and weaknesses. It’s helped me relax about some things I’m not doing as well as I thought I should, and understand better my own style and play with it - as well as when to bring in my husband, who’s different from me. happy

The second one is called [Link Removed]
This second book focuses on your child. His or her innate type is explained, as well as what to expect, and the best ways to nurture and react to this particular personality type in toddlerhood, childhood and teenag. My kid and I are fairly similar, but just different enough that this gave me great insights into how he functions, and better strategies to deal with him.

Please do consider buying those books, or borrowing them from your local library. They are absolutely amazing.
