Are You Still Smoking?
This is a real serious issue with me. If I knew then, what I know now, I would of stopped smoking for my children’s sake and all my loved once including my adorable pets in my life. Please read this and share it with as many friends that you want to hit hard with a strong message. This is so important. Thank you for reading my article....
What is it that you want to hear, how many times a day are you coughing up ton for goop, I got so bad that on July 4th, 1998 I put my smokes down and have never touch them again. I was going through a very hard time, a break up with my boyfriend, whom I had known for many years, To be honest, I had been a serious cigarette smoker.
I haven’t smoked in over 30 years praise God! And to think I was walking around smelling like an ash tray yuck!!!!
I’m with you Eva, never did - I was one of those ‘kids’ that was afraid to try anything...LOL Then when I got older I didn’t want to put the toxins in my body.

Just read your article. And to be honest, there is seldom a smoker I talked to never wants to quit. And yes, we all know how bad it is. And yes, we know it stinks and it’s bad for our health and others, including pets.
I am proud of those who quit and perhaps, one day I will join the crowd. Till then, I am smoking my life away and those who know me, knowing that death is something I look forward to.
Well, what can I say, everyone has a point of view, great a debate just what I wanted. I quit on July 4th 1998 I am now 63 and have COPD and Emhyzima(spelling) and I started when I was 15 so you do the math. Once the lung are destroyed they do not heal. The bad new is now I am fat, when I was always skinny, oh well thanks for all you wonderful comments. Kisses darski
Well I got some prescription from a doctor, it is also used for depression, however it really helps people to stop smoking. Then I also got the patches I was loaded and ready. One day I went crazy after that I never had a craving again. That was July 4th, 1998, and I stopped coughing. Good Luck
