    • So glad I taught my daughters to be man hating bitches.  Not really, but I did teach them not to take crap off anyone.

    • Great article! I probably fell into the “nice girl” group as a teen, because of shyness..but that changed as I got older, these days most men get the sneer from me and then they better back off.estatic

    • I think I am genuinely “nice“, respectful, and well mannered (good old catholic school and a mother that would not tolerate anything lesshappy.  I have learned that sometimes these attributes are often mistaken for weakness.  I can think of scenarios even as a kid. Thus when I respond accordingly to “defend” myself against those who have come to an erroneous conclusion - (I try to keep it classy and dignifiedtongue out) I become the “bad guy” or *itch, or leave “my attacker” with the thought - holy cow where did that come from.  Oh well being nice does not mean I allow myself to be victimized... thanks MOM estatic!

    • Yes I consider myself too nice...I have always been like that...and perhaps that is why I have so much stress in my life...being too nice tends to invite people to take advantage of you...thus the stress...happy

    • I agree with you KarynO! People seem to dump their problems on you and take advantage of you. They walk away feeling good and all their trash is left behind. I am trying to stay nice but not allow myself to be a dumping ground. It IS too STRESSFUL!!heartfrown
