So much more than a Master Trainer, Lynda approaches all exercise, energy, and body work as healing. Her nurturing yet demanding style of teaching allows her A-List clients, such as designer Donna Karan and journalist Natalie Livingstone , to move past their thresholds of body, mind, and spirit and embrace newfound strength, flexibility, coordination, and energy. Lynda began her Pilates studies in 1988 at New York's SUNY Purchase with Pilates luminary Steve Giordano. She ran several successful studios in the Philadelphia area as well as in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos for over a decade before becoming the resident Pilates and Fitness Director of the world renowned Como Shambhala Spa in Parrot Cay, where Lynda won the 2011 SpaFinder Magazine Readers Choice Award for Best Pilates . She is also a Master Reiki practitioner and holds certifications in TRX as well as Kettle bells.

Lynda Lippin shared with us 3 tips  to increase your pilates workout.

1. Think about your posture all the time  – pull in your stomach and squeeze the buttocks!

2. Make sure to breathe  during the day and especially during exercise.

3. Do exercises standing up – a "weight-bearing" exercise means exercising while standing on your feet. A perfect example of this would be doing squats.
