1. Breathe, no panicking allowed. I’ve been doing well with this one so far.
2. Look at newspaper for jobs, think outside the box as to what you can do and what you will like, highlight those of interest. Check on this one.  

    Title Officer/friendly work environment, the last part is sounding very good!
3. Get resume updated and send to daughter, who ‘borrowed’ your printer a couple of years ago, for printing. In process.
4. Straighten up the house, you’ll feel more in control. Check on this one.
5. Use some of the 75 hours of sick time you have accrued, it won’t be paid out when you quit. Check on this one, 16 hours used thus far.
6. Consider using another 8 hours of sick time tomorrow. If you do, you will have to get a note from doctor to return to work and explain to him that you were losing it and needed time off; in addition you wanted to use your sick time.
7. Get to looking FABULOUS. Stress has taken its toll and you need to pamper yourself. Dye hair, tweeze eyebrows, maybe try putting those flairs on your eyelashes.
8. Listen to music. Check on this one.  

   Enya was very soothing and Johnny Cash’s Cocaine Blues is surprisingly stress relieving, maybe its the thought of gunning down my job by quitting or maybe the lordy, lordy have mercy on me...not sure which.
9. Meditate and think positive, focus on that you already have a good job and house, YOU CAN BRING IT INTO YOUR LIFE.
10. Draw up longer term plan. 1 - 3 months. In process, can use ideas.
