For years I heard that its all down hill from 40. I am now 41 and I feel like life is only getting better.. My husband and I have more time together, the kids are getting older and more on there own. And for once in my life I have time, time to do the things I always wanted..So to speak
So how do I become fabulous at 40?
What do I want to do?
Everything.. I decided on New Years that I would learn a new Language and try ballroom dancing. I also want to eat better and to exercise on a regular basis.
What have I done?
You are on your way to being even more fabulous, that’s what you’ve done.
Age is just a number, however, when we turn 40, we look at life differently, probably because we are old enough to know what we want, and still young enough to do something about it.
The best is yet to come. Enjoy the ride girlfriend.

Like a lot of Mothers I have always given most of my time and energy to the children so it’s hard to start doing for yourself.
