Beyonce is nothing short of a glam goddess,on stage,on screen,on magazine.that ‘‘single ladies‘‘body?it doesn’t come easy!the singer told the mag how she got in the best shape of her life for her current worl tour.

SHE PUTS IN THE WORK - the star works out five days a week with her trainer.those workouts include 100squats,step-ups and wlking lunges(each!).Good God,no wonder she looks so good,on top of that workout,she gets another kind of workout on stage every night with her dancing and singing at the same time.go Bey.

SHE MAKES IT FUN - an upper body workout can get boring(i know and painful too)with all those repetitions,so she added her own twist to it‘‘i’ll put on a song that i really like and do {biceps curls with} 5 pounds weight on the whole song‘‘.or using 3pounds weights,she’ll box for the lenght of one track.

SHE KNOWS HOW TO MOTIVATE HERSELF - what’s the point of running if you‘re not running towards something(i wonder).she keeps a painting of an oscar in her gym(really Bey?that’s a dream there,but if that motivates you...ok)‘‘i look at it and i’m like OK,i have to stay in shape‘‘,she admits.

SHES CONSISTENT - from the beginning of rehearsals on january 19 to the start of her tour on march 26,she practised her choreography for nine hours a day,seven days a week...while wearing 5 inch stilettos.wow that seems painful...

SHE UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF CONFIDENCE - transforming into Sasha fierce is more than putting a teeny tiny costume and sky high heels(sasha is a diva).to become her alter-ego.beyonce rehearses her sexy walk(ummmmmmm ok)‘‘it’s about self esteem‘’ ‘‘it’s in the hips.lean back,stretch your neck,keep your shoulders low,point your toes and cross one foot in front of the other‘‘she instructs.anyone can do it.

Now that Beyonce gave us the secrets,painful as it may be(like dancing in heels for 9hrs),those were good workout regimen.if you want to have a killer body like Sasha fierce you know what to do.she was even nice enough to teach us how to have a sexy walk.
