I’ve been a member of tweightloss for 10 weeks. OMG, how did it get to be ten weeks already? My goal? to lose 20 lbs. OK, for a 12 week project, that was optimistic, but I thought, ok, if I get half way there, maybe I’ll be happy.  

Two weeks left and where am I?  


I’ve lost five lbs. The last 3 weeks I’ve plateaued at zero - no gain, no loss.

But what really gets my goat is that I know why. I’m a lazy ass. I haven’t gotten up to hit the elliptical in weeks.  I haven’t done any of the yoga I had planned.  

Yup, for the official bitch day, I’m bitching about myself.
