so i joined this book club and the book they chose for this month is tina fey’s bossypants.  i ordered it on nook so i can read it on my phone and so far, it’s pretty good.  it’s an easy read.  you should pick up a copy.  we need some humor in our lives.  someday, i’d like to think that i could write a book.  i mean, how hard is it to start typing away about your life, right? ive had some interesting moments...like the time i almost accidentally killed my younger brother by giving him an ice cube when he was not even a year old, or the time my boyfriend and i got caught in the backseat of his car in a ritzy neighborhood at one in the morning (maybe it wasn’t such a good idea to park in a no parking zone in front of a multi million dollar mansion).  anyway, i’ll have to add that to my bucket list.  here are the top 10 on it so far:
1. write an autobiography
2. see the eiffel tower
3. figure out how to use the $2000 camera my husband got me
4. plant a vegetable garden
5. fall in love again (preferably with my husband)
6. get a pink sapphire ring
7. run a marathon (or half marathon)
8. have authentic cajun food in new orleans
9. go to niagara falls
10.sleep in a bungalow off a white sandy beach in thailand

what are some of the things on your bucket list?

    • I just wrote a blog post on it called my wish list.  I think all of your bucket list goals are achievable.  I will wish you many blessings!

    • I personally do think that writing things down, like a goals list, helps with achieving them.  I had written one a long time ago, when I was actually dating my now husband.  A lot I have already achieved, like getting married, getting my Masters, and becoming a consultant.  I should start another one! :)

But a few fun ones I’d like to share are: Going to Las Vegas, going to DisneyLand as a family, and going to Hawaii.  One day! :)

    • thank you all for sharing some of the things on your bucket list.  learning a new language would be interesting...but these days, i feel like my brain cells have shrunk.  i can’t seem to remember anything anymore!  and to think...i got a masters?  sometimes i don’t believe it...you should definitely read bossypants!  it’s good so far.  i ordered it on nook through my phone.
