The answer is yes! The most important part of communicating with your pet is believing that you can.

Whether you want to understand your pet on a deeper level, have questions for them, are concerned about their physical or emotional health, curious about their past, or simply want to know their thoughts and feelings, communicating with your pet will open up a new level of understanding and enhance your relationship.

By learning what your pet is thinking and why, you'll be able to understand current behaviors and begin interacting with them on a whole new level. It will be much easier to work with your pet on behavior issues or anything that is bothering or confusing them. Animals have complex emotions just like people – an animal communication session can open the flood gates between you and your pet, cementing your connection and increasing compassion and understanding.

You can start communicating with your pet right now. Find a quiet place to sit. Have a pen and a writing tablet handy. Begin by mentally asking your pet a simple question such as "Are you feeling ok?" or "Is there anything you want me to know?" Write down the first answer that comes to mind. The answer probably won't make much sense in the beginning, but as you continue to practice communicating, the messages you receive will become clearer and clearer.

Your initial sessions should last only about 10-15 minutes because your pet may get tired or irritable if you repeat the same questions after they've answered them. You should try this process every day or every other day. As the messages become clearer, you will feel more connected with your pet and can communicate for longer periods.
Don't worry if you doubt the answers you think you're getting. It's common to think we've imagined the answers. It is only with practice that the messages become crystal clear, flow easily and make sense.
Remember that our pets are emotionally very much like us. They experience emotions such as fear, love, anger, happiness, sorrow and grief. They are full of wisdom and have much to teach us - unconditional love, faith in mankind, forgiveness and living in the moment.

I have become a better and wiser person because of my work with animals and the wisdom they choose to share. It is my hope that you will have the opportunity to have them share their wisdom with you!

Start communicating today – both you and your pet will benefit tremendously from the effort.

    • I talk and sing to my dog...he’s the only one that enjoys it!  I make up songs about him.  I know it sounds weird, but he likes it!
He also loves to listen to someone on the phone...he thinks they called him!

    • I’m not surprised at all. Animals are so intune with us and can feel when were coming from a place of pure love for them. I’m sure you are communicating with your dog already!
