It is a great article and I’d love to hear what some others think about it.

One of the ideas I got from it is that the language we choose to use can either increase or descrease a problem.  Now I know you are probably thinking “Duh, yeah...so?”

What if instead of saying "People become more obese and the situation is spinning out of control", one can emphasize the benefits of living healthy(er). Which might be more appealing because it lets you choose your own timing and pace to change.
