Just saw the news now. It’s official. It was her that was found. Per the news, other details will be revealed later as they have not yet confirmed how she died, only that it was indeed, her.

I’m not sure what else I can say.

    • It is very sad. She was such an adorable little girl. Her cheeks make you just want to pinch them!

    • One of the saddest stories ever. Generationally sad....those grandparents wasted too much time and effort trying to hide the mental illness of their daughter.

    • This is so sad...I held up hope that she would be found alive somewhere...I just saw it on the news too...How a mother could do this to her child...I’ll never understand..(If she did indeed do it..)

    • It breaks my heart. My grandbaby is the same age almost to the day. I look at her and can’t imagine anyone, especially her mother, doing anything to harm her.

It’s my belief that she will always maintain her innocence, even if overwhelmingly proven otherwise. She has not cracked all this time and I don’t think she ever will.

I hope that family can eventually heal but what are the chances of that?

    • I was undecided about even posting that~ I don’t like the idea of upsetting people, etc.
I just thought we could all say a prayer or something for that poor baby. frown

    • I was so hoping that it wouldn’t be her. But I guess it’s better to finally have some kind of closure. Not a day went by that I didn’t wonder where that baby could be, or if she was cold, hungry, or mistreated.
Her soul is already her the loving arms of our saviour, now her little body can be put to rest.
I hope this doesn’t sound bad, but I am so glad that Caylee can finally rest in peace.
God needed an angel, and oh what a beautiful one he has.

Jenz, thanks for posting this. I had not listen to any news today until my husband called and told me. I caught the medical examiner giving her press conference.
So, I really need to put my feeling in words.
Rest In Peace Caylee, you are home now.

    • That little angel.  I cannot even think about how/why a person can commit any crime against a child.  IMHO...her mother is definately guilty (based on the facts that are made available to the public)  I pray that she is innocent but it certainly does not look that way.  God rest that little angel’s soul.

      xoxo
