I should have remembered that every time I think I have the whole food/eating/heath thing nailed down tight, it will all come flying apart and dangerous pointy objects will embed themselves into my foolish head. Let's just say the weekend was not a festival of restraint, food-wise. And I'm talking a weekend that started Thursday.

A friend sent me this quote today, from a National Academy of Sciences report, quoted in Gina Kolata's [Link Removed].: "For most people, even a brief abatement in effort will be met with a significant setback in control.” Those science types know their shit.

On the plus side happy I went to yoga Friday and Monday got right back on the walking and weigh lifting plan. So I'm doing some things right. Hmmm. Maybe I should rephrase that. Cindy's Law and all.
