We don't always have control of everything in our life, but we always have control of our Attitude. Your daily self-talk can be negative or positive -- the choice is yours.

You CAN create your positiive day, every day, yes you can! Try this tomorrow morning and then let me know how it worked (because I know it will):

Upon waking, think about how grateful you are for all the wonderful things you have in your life and say, "Thank You!!   Thank you for the warm, comfortable bed you're laying on and your pillow.. the love of your children and grandchildren, girlfriends, your buds here on Fab40, the opportunity to live in a free country, transportation, eyes to see, ears to hear ...

Then "create" your day by envisioning HOW YOU WANT IT TO BE:  SEE your day in your minds-eye... if you're in business, see the emails with orders or request for service, hear the phone ring with new clients and "see" the checks arriving in the mail box along with you making your deposits at your bank.  If you have a health challenge, call it that - a challenge! and feel yourself being healed, feeling better, energized and surrounded by healing light.  If you have problems with a spouse or child, envision the day differently than you have been - after all, what we think about is what we bring about. Hey, what do you have to lose?

Can’t wait to hear about your day!  love, kelly

    • I’m Thankful for the rain this morning, although gloomy its warm and my Tulips are blooming!

I’m Thankful that my Sweetie is gone away on a golf trip for a week, although Im going to miss him so much, time apart is good and he is so happy to be playing golf!

I’m Thankful for the rain today also because although I don’t like rain, my daughter had to wake me up at 6:30AM and ask me to take her to the bus stop, she learned that she needed me and she humbled herself, and I took her without hesitation.

I’m Thankful that it’s Friday, because i made it though the week and so did my love ones!

I am having a great day!  Thanks for the post.

    • Thx Kelly!

This is such a good post and most days that is how I move forward. But sometimes we need reminders.

    • I’m so not a morning person, but my husband makes every effort to get my day off to a good start. So, I’ve begun listing all the things I have to look forward to every day before getting out of bed. It helps to put a smile on my face, which helps to keep it there.

I’m thankful that he’s in the kitchen whistling, reminding me that there’s no time for being grumpy (which I would be, otherwise, lol). happy
