What is the difference between belief and trust? I am not taking of any generic dictionary definition... let me explain. In one hand belief is borrowed, unlike trust, which is personal. Trust can only be earned, for example, sometimes we say to ourselves “I believe in GOD“, but we never say “I Trust in god“. Even when we do hear about the familiar phrase “I have faith” its not complete, because there is some doubt. This is because the concept of God is what we have learned either through our parents, or it has be bestowed upon us by the society and our intellect creates an image of segregated religions that exists in this world. Inception of all religions is a lot different from what we think of religion today. In the past the followers of Buddha, Christ, Krishna, and Mohammad started to follow their master because of trust; not belief. It better not to trust completely than to be partial; if you ever start to doubt about any thing in life, STOP and don’t continue. It probably isn’t for you, simply move on to something else.

So how does this info applies to yoga in other words is Trust related to Yoga, more on this in the next post...!!

Best if luck!—Yoga Info by Nagi
