Lunchtime....I am looking at good ol’ stanby’s...grilled cheese, pb&j....
then it hits me.
I have left over turkey breast tuscano, so i shredded it.
I sauteed spinach in olive oil and garlic and melted mozzarella cheese over it then the turkey. I boiled long grain wild rice in chicken broth and....
stir fried it all together and sprinkled freshly crumbled asiago cheese on top. ! Viola! Gourmet lunch! I am proud of my creation...LOL Just thought I’d share! It’s healthy too....
