Hi again,

I wanted to write a problem that I personally am having at this time, it’s this annoying  dry, and itchy scalp. Now I have tried special shampoos medical prescriptions and over the counter medications you name it I have tried them all. But, nothing seems to be working nor sooth the itchiness. worried

I started getting this embarrassing odor at age 38. and I believe it is hormonal and changes that I am going through which I started pre menopause in my 20’s.

LOL during my passed job at the time,  I thought it was someone who was not smelling pleasant. Turned out to be me all this time.

I was wondering does anyone have a home remedy for this annoying dry itchy scalp?  Please Help.

    • Soak your scalp with baby oil or olive oil.  Wrap your head up in a towel and leave the oil on for half an hour or so.  Then shampoo out as usual.  That should help.  Might have to do that once a week for awhile.  Also, are you brushing your hair daily (not just combing it, but using a good brush that energizes the scalp?)

    • i used to have slight itchy scalp issues, but not anymore since i’ve improved my diet, and excluded ALL processed foods. (including junk foods) cheeses and dairy prods are your worst enemy. alongside gluten prods. ;)
