So many of us are concerned about our skin care regimen and having our face and hands look younger than our actual age.  But, one area of our bodies that seems to get neglected is our neck.  You could have younger looking skin on your face, but look below the chin to your neck, and a truer sense of your age could be revealed.  Your skin could become discolored, dry, wrinkled as well as have a look of crepiness.  When you apply your anti-aging cream to your face, it should be applied under the chin, jaw line and on the neck.  Even the upper chest area will benefit from an anti-aging cream or serum.  You want apply your anti-aging product from the center in an upward and outward motion.
