      Wow: I pulled out my little notepad for this one..

      anything that helps me avoid a synthetic drug is

      a treasure.

      I knew Magnesium was important to the body; but,

      I never knew how much:  

      Lots of the things that are high in magnesium ae already

      my favorite: salmon, pumpkin and sunflower seeds,  

      spinach etc.

      Thanks so much for posting this..I read it all
