I love eggs and usually eat one or two organic eggs each morning. The following article describes how healthy the incredible egg is and personally, I believe eggs provide excellent brain power, they keep me full until lunch and my skin free of upsets.

I don't know about you, but I always have eggs in the house. I eat them hard-boiled (alone for a snack or chopped up in a salad for lunch), scrambled for breakfast, or in a frittata with veggies for dinner.
