The most important message in this interview, in my opinion, is that women in their 40’s are re-writing history.  We are breaking new ground in terms of how society is (or should be) describing us.  It’s so frustrating that the primary message that’s out there about women in their 40’s is that we‘re cougars.  I mean, great, we‘re in our sexual prime,  but we‘re so much more than that...we are POWERFUL in many facets of life.  But it’s up to us to define what that means and to do it RIGHT NOW because the women coming up behind us need these resources.  It’s time to create herstory!    What do you think?  Post a comment!
