SO this is one of my first regular books I am reading  

in a long time..  

Lately all I have been reading are college texts and  

many times online.. since they are the best for my  

budget.

This book: “Emotional Blackmail” is  for those who

are manipulated, threatened, made to feel guilty  

for choosing to do something they want for themselves.

The one who manipulates could be a friend, a boss,

a spouse, a co-worker..  

The purpose of the book is to show.. how to recognize

what “emotional blackmail” is and how to handle it.

I just started the book.. at recommendation of  

a good friend....  

For anyone who has felt controlled.. threatened..

manipulated.. this is a good book.

I will tell you more later .. once I get through it.
